While the decision is considered a majority decision, the Labour board member Mr. Daniel Charbonneau dissents from the decision again. In addition, the decision indicates that any of the parties can request the board’s  reasons for supporting the Companies motion not to allow the report into evidence. I have contacted our legal to ask them to request the board’s reasons for their decision and to consider what tactical options are available to us prior to the next hearings scheduled for January 17 and 18. More information will be made available as soon as we receive it.
