Complaint filed against the Government of Canada and the Protecting Air Services Act

On August 27, 2012, the Canadian office of the IAMAW submitted a complaint to the International Labour Organization, a United Nations Agency, against the Canadian government and the Protecting Air Services Act (Bill C-33), on the grounds that the Act represents a violation of the fundamental right to freedom of association and collective bargaining under international law.
